Christina Kotzur is a financial professional and CFA charterholder with extensive experience in the private equity, venture capital, and the renewable energy sector. She has held a variety of roles, including CFO at PE funds Odewald KMU and Everwood Capital and investment director at VC fund TRUMPF Venture and asset manager Thesan Capital.
In these positions, Christina was responsible for preparing financial and regulatory reporting, negotiating and executing transactions, organizing audits and shareholder meetings, and budgeting and controlling payment streams. She has also played a key role in fundraising efforts, including responding to investor requests and preparing legal and regulatory documents. In addition to her financial expertise, Christina has a strong track record of guiding and supporting startups in building business plans, budgets, and investor presentations. Christina also played a crucial role in establishing ESG policies at the funds she worked for previous to ASV. Christina holds a Dual Degree in International Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) and the European School of Business.
